For 47 years I was always the guy in the corner, the one with a lot of friends, but never the one with a whole lot of confidence. I have been overweight my whole life and tried every diet known to man. The yo yo dieting ensued and I was sick of it. I was hesitant about this type of procedure, but after doing more research, touring the facility, and meeting Dr Ortiz and his amazing staff – not to mention the top notch facility, I knew my life was about to change. Almost 3 years later, and 70 lbs down and still off, my health has never been better and my confidence has soared. It thoroughly changed my life and I am forever grateful for the people who helped me with this decision and for Dr Ortiz who made the whole process as smooth as possible.
