I have spent many years battling being overweight. My father was very overweight and died when I was 8 years old of a heart attack. He was only 36 years old. Being that I take a lot of my characteristics after him I knew that I had to get a permanent grip on my weight. I am the mother of 4 children and 2 step children and 13 grandchildren.
