Almost 14 months post op! I honestly can’t believe it’s been over a year already. Has it been easy? No, it’s a lot of work. Has it been hard? Also no, the tool OCC gave me has made the transition to my new lifestyle doable. Do I have any regrets? Not a single one. I’ve lost the weight very slowly, and that was just perfect for me and for sustaining my weight loss.
