At 25 years old I had enough of being over weight. I was assisting in long surgeries & my body would quickly get tired. My knees and back ached. My coworkers doubted my intelligence because of my weight. I no longer wanted to be seen as my weight; I was ready for what was inside of me to shine through. And thanks to Dr. Ortiz, it HAS. For the last two years I have had a REAL chance at life. When I met Dr. Ortiz before surgery he calmed me down, reassured me that this was the right thing to do… and he said I would look like a model someday… I think he was right 🙂
