After founding out my health insurance didn’t cover bariatric surgery, I had some research to do. Through my research, I found OCC. As a healthcare professional, I was excited to see that they are JCI certified and accredited. I sent an inquiry and got the ball rolling. From the beginning, my experience has been wonderful. I was able to book my surgery for when I wanted it to be and not when insurance would allow for it. They assist you every step of the way, pre-op diet, transportation, hotel, surgery, and throughout the post-op journey. I feel 100% supported and I can email anytime I have a question, knowing someone will get back quickly. The whole team at OCC is amazing!!! I highly recommended Dr. Ortiz and his team!!
